The granular glass and glass powder supplied by Silmin Iberica is obtained from carefully selected recycled glass. The shapes of granulated glass are irregular, slightly cubic and angular. It is chemically neutral, has no toxic components and is free of free silica.
Glass powder is obtained from a glass grinding process.
The control of the chemical and granulometric properties, as well as the particle size of the glass powder guarantees our clients excellent results in the manufacturing of their products.
The granular glass and glass powder supplied by Silmin Ibérica does not contain free silica; It has no risk of silicosis. It is not dangerous for health.
The granulometric diversity that we can offer is the following:
Semi-white granular glass with granulometry of 0.1 to 0.6 mm, free of impurities and resins
Semi-white granular glass with a grain size of 0.75 to 4 mm, free of impurities and resins.
Semi-white granular glass with a grain size of 4 to 8 mm, free of impurities and resins
Pure white granular glass with granulometry of 0.6 to 1.2 mm, free of impurities and resins
White glass powder 80 to 100 microns free of impurities and resins
